Sourced from one of the last family owned rancheros in Jalisco, going back five generations, naturally fermented, 100% additive free, and hand-crafted from 15-Year, 8-Year, 6-Year, 3-Year and 2-Year expressions, initially aged in both the volcanic highlands and valley below in French Limousine Oak and White American Oak, then finished in 400 year harvest Japanese Mizunara oak barrels. This elite grouping is then re-blended to create an otherworldly flavor profile and aptly named “AguaDios” - water of the gods..
