Sourced from one of the last family owned rancheros in Jalisco, going back five generations, naturally fermented, 100% additive free, and hand-crafted from 15-Year, 8-Year, 6-Year, 3-Year and 2-Year expressions, initially aged in both the volcanic highlands and valley below in French Limousine Oak and White American Oak, then finished in 400 year harvest Japanese Mizunara oak barrels.
